The Joy League
Ambassador
FellowShip
A fully funded, year-long leadership journey for young adults who want to serve, create, and lead with joy.
Some people don’t wait to be called leaders.
They’re already shaping culture, building connection, and creating change in the spaces around them.
The Joy League: Ambassador Fellowship is a fully funded, 6-month leadership experience designed to develop joy-centered leaders ages 19–23. Through training, real-world application, and community-based work, Ambassadors are equipped to navigate life, build resilience, and create more connected, compassionate communities.
What It Is
This is not a typical program.
It is a selective, high-touch leadership fellowship that combines training, experience, and support to prepare the next generation of leaders.
Each year, only 2 Fellows are selected through a competitive process. We welcome students, creatives, organizers, and emerging leaders across disciplines. What matters most is your commitment to growth, your desire to lead with purpose, and your willingness to do the work.
Fellows become part of The Joy Lab’s leadership pipeline, gaining access to mentorship, community, and opportunities that extend beyond the fellowship year.
