All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because membership benefits and resources become available immediately upon enrollment, we do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
Membership fees
Renewals
Partial membership periods
Failure to use membership benefits
Cancellation after payment
Members may cancel future recurring renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund of previously paid membership fees.
